Description They take over the commercial support of the group companies and support the local business/plant management in all business matters. Together with local leaders, you define and manage financial and strategic development goals of the supervised units They accompany the entire budget and planning process, analyze the ongoing business development and initiate targeted measures to improve earnings The creation and further development of a standardised cost and performance calculation are one of your tasks as well as the costing, documentation and communication of transfer prices You bring your expertise into strategic corporate development projects - including support for M&A projects After the introduction of new ERP systems, you play an active role in implementing cost accounting structures The position offers you a varied interface function with the ability to build a strong network within a global group of companies

Complete studies of business management or business engineering with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting Multiannual professional experience in controlling or controlling participation, ideally in a medium-sized industrial company or in consulting companies Knowledge of financial analysis and consulting within complex corporate structures Safe handling of MS Office and experience with ERP systems; Knowledge of proALPHA Business One is beneficial Embossed conceptual and analytical thinking and openness for innovative approaches and solutions Communication strength, safe occurrence and a high level of team capability Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
