Recruiter (m/f/d)

You write job advertisements and publish them specifically, for example via social media or job portals. You enter candidates and candidates across the entire recruiting process – from the application to the contract signature. You test application documents, evaluate incoming profiles together with the specialist department and then carry out application talks that you professionally accompany until the final selection. You're proactively looking for suitable candidates and candidates and you're directing them to win their interest. You support social media campaigns for the occupation of open positions and represent our company at career fairs. You analyze ranges, interaction rates and the performance of different channels to continuously optimize recruiting. You’ll watch competitors, trends and new content formats and develop new recruiting ideas.

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of human resources management, economic psychology or comparable qualifications. You bring multi-year experience in recruiting, especially active sourcing, as well as security in dealing with modern recruiting methods. You are routined in communication via business networks, using sourcing tools and have a good understanding of digital recruiting channels. Your communication strength combined with your persuasiveness and a subtle feeling for different audiences are yours. You have German skills in C1 level and English skills in B1 level. You enjoy teamwork, a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working, as well as a service- and candidate-oriented attitude.
