Technical trainer for the apprenticeship occupation of plant mechanic – extinguishing system technology (m/f/d)

In your role, you take over the technical and educational support of our trainees in the training profession “Education zum Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) With passion and competence, you can teach the basics of metalworking in the first year of training (cracking, grains, tiles, sawing, drilling and sheet metal processing). One of your activities is training in basic welding processes, so that trainees develop safe and professional skills in MAG, WIG, arc hand and autogen welding. You carry out regular safety instructions and ensure safe and responsible work in our workshop. The main tasks are the planning and preparation of training contents and practical work orders. You support the trainees in preparation for the final exam Part 1 and accompany them in the relevant topics. Your area of responsibility is rounded off by the continuous documentation and assessment of the individual training progress over the entire training period.

Complete vocational training in the field of metal technology, ideally as a plant mechanic, or comparable qualification Multiannual practical experience, preferably in extinguishing system technology or in plant engineering Training according to AEVO (AdA-Schein) desirable (but no need!) Good knowledge of metalworking and various welding processes Joy in working with young people as well as educational skills are the A and O in this job.
