You are responsible for the coordinated sales planning for our German business – over 500 products, many of which are customer-specific solutions. You combine sales, project and market assessments to create a resilient and binding planning number. Together with the S&OP Manager, you build a clearly structured planning process and continuously develop it. You recognize risks early, create transparency and help to avoid out-of-stock situations. You make sure that planning is not only a “number” but a control instrument. You work closely with sales, product management and finance and bring different perspectives to a table. You develop reporting and KPI structures – with SAP and increasingly data-based tools like Power BI.

In short, You will become a central component for stability, reliability and professionalism in our planning process.

Multiannual experience in demand planning, forecasting or S&OP environment A completed study in the field of BWL, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification Experience in handling complex portfolios – ideally with standard and customer-specific products security in handling SAP; Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus Expressed analytical skills and the ability to derive clear action recommendations from data Structure, initiative and the need to improve processes sustainably Communication strength and the ability to moderate different interests Very good knowledge of German and English
