You take over the planning, implementation and moderation of design and process FMEAs for complex systems in the field of defence and security technology based on the EN 9100 standard. You participate in the implementation of APQP activities (Advanced Product Quality Planning) along the product development process with the focus FMEA (D-FMEA and P-FMEA). Close cooperation with development, production, project management, quality management and suppliers to ensure quality products is also one of your tasks. In addition, ensure the standard application of the FMEA methodology according to AIAG / VDA as well as the consideration of air travel and/or equipment specific requirements (e.g. EN 9145, EN 9100, AQAP or MIL standards). In addition, you will take over the training of project participants on FMEA nomenclature and tool-based implementation or Documentation and continuous improvement of FMEA and APQP processes.

You have a successfully completed technical study (e.g. aerospace technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or military engineering) or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in the application and moderation of FMEAs, ideally with complex systems in the safety-critical environment such as aerospace, automotive or quality planning. In addition, you will experience the application of APQP methods and tools, such as Control Plan, MSA, PPAP/SPC, FAI or Process Flow Diagrams. A safe handling of FMEA software, e.g. the FMEA module of BabtecQ, is of course for you. A structured way of working, pronounced analytical thinking and communication strength are characterized. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and readiness to travel from about 25 to 30% round off your profile.
