Shift Supervisor Professional Accessories & Spare Parts (m/f/d)

As a shift leader*in in Obersontheim, you are responsible for the professional management and coordination of the assembly team (up to 15 employees), including personnel deployment and holiday planning. Another central task is production control. You ensure a smooth running of accessories and spare parts assembly to meet the demanding production, quality and cost targets. You control product changes, ensure quality requirements and take over active management of production quantities. In this position, you maintain the test places, the error detection in faulty devices and the implementation of TPM measures (total productive maintenance). In addition, as team management, you ensure compliance with all work and safety regulations and control communication with relevant internal interfaces (e.g. QS, AV, Mawi). You continuously drive process optimization within the plant. Through active cooperation, You are involved in the continuous improvement (KVP) of the manufacturing processes, including the implementation of optimization measures and the professional processing of manufacturing orders via MES and SAP.

A completed training in a metalworking profession (e.g. metal maker, machine lockerin, industrial mechanicin, plant mechanic*in) or a comparable qualification. Including relevant professional experience in the assembly or production of technical equipment, ideally focusing on final assembly of complex products. First leadership experience would be a plus point and facilitates entry. You use the common office applications (Google Workspace) safely, basics in the operation of SAP are advantageous. Very good German knowledge (min. C1). Ready for shift work (exchange layer).
