Our team takes care of the Defence & Security business unit in all commercial questions and look for reinforcement for our team.

Activity

• Takeover of the complete commercial support of complex projects for public and private clients in Germany and abroad – from the tender phase to the successful conclusion
• Own-sponsored creation of commercial offers and audit of contract drafts (LOI, NDA, MoU)
• Self-fulfilment of supply and contract negotiations with contracting authorities and contractors
• Commercial project controlling with responsibility for budget management, time management, cost management and risk assessment, as well as ensuring the correct accounting
• Control of subcontractor and receivable management
• Definition and monitoring of KPI targets
• Active participation of special projects to increase efficiency in commercial processes

Preconditions

• Completed study in the field of business/economics, law or a comparable subject
• Multiannual professional experience in commercial supply and order processing and contract management
• Funded knowledge in contract law and ideal knowledge in public price law (VO PR, LSP) and contract law (UVgO; VSVgV)
• Experience in commercial project management for contractors and ideally industry knowledge in the Defence & Security area
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (SAP PS+SD) and MS Office
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
