Working student in Center Management (m/f/d)

Operational support in the Center Management: You work closely with the Center Management and gain comprehensive insight into the management of a lively retail location – from the area and event organization to strategic location development. Rental and service services: You support the coordination and communication with rental parties, service providers and urban agencies – and learn about the perspectives of owners, users and operators. Event and Marketing: You help in planning, organizing and implementing events and center actions – ideal for all interested in commercial marketing, target audience address and POS communication. Data management & documentation: You can structure information, provide overviews and actively participate in the further development of internal processes and storage systems. Support in Reporting & in Administration: You first set up presentations, protocols and evaluations – and learn to interpret and prepare economic indicators and operational processes in Center Management

Reliability & ownership: You work carefully and reliably – even with recurring tasks – and take responsibility for your topics. Structured thinking & organizational design: You like to plan, think and keep an overview – especially in the implementation of event and marketing actions, the support of rental areas or in the daily business. IT and analysis competence: You can control MS Office securely, especially Excel (for evaluations & overviews) and PowerPoint (for appealing presentations). Communication strength & team orientation: You appear friendly and binding, are open in exchange with colleagues, rental partners and external service providers. Special interest in marketing & real estate: You are ideally studying real estate, marketing or business – or you have a strong interest in these topics and the interaction of location development, communication and customer experience.
