For our customers in Schwarzenbek we are looking for a machine operator (m/w/d) or (m/w/d) in full time. With your work, you ensure that precision tools are reliably manufactured and that production processes are interlocked securely. From setting up and operating modern machines to quality control, you contribute to high-quality components with the highest accuracy every day.

The project is scheduled for 6 months as part of the transfer of employees. You will receive an indefinite contract with us, so that we will be happy to accompany you beyond the current project with suitable follow-up projects.

The activity is done in full time with 35 hours per week in the 3-shift model (breakfast, late shift, night shift).

Your duties

• Set up, run and operate cutting and grinding machines (conventional and CNC)
• Processing and production of precision and tabletting tools according to drawings and production documents
• Preparation and installation of tools, materials and measuring instruments
• Implementation of measurement and quality controls and documentation of the results for coordination with AV and team management
• Monitoring of ongoing processing processes and performing minor corrections
• Detection and elimination of small disturbances in the workflow
• Implementation of simple maintenance and maintenance work
• reworking of components, e.g. deburring, polishing or smaller assembly activities

Your profile (m/w/d) or comparable technical qualification

• Professional experience in machining and machine operation
• knowledge of conventional or CNC-controlled machines of advantage
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system
• Good knowledge of German (min. B2)
