Your tasks: Accompanying and assistance: You support clients with complex impairments and autism in their everyday life through guidance or takeover of activities and structuring aids Individual participation planning: You actively develop assistance and support services to promote client participation Cooperation: You work closely with members, legal supervisors and other services to ensure comprehensive support Living Inclusion: You accompany and support clients in leisure activities and in the use of assistive technology Promoting the team: Your knowledge and skills are shared with young colleagues by leading trainees and interns
