Senior Manager Strategic Projects (m/f/d)

The position is limited to 3 years.

In this key role, you will become the 'Playmaker'' at the interface between company development, projects, specialist areas and management and ensure that our strategic focus topics are not only defined, but translated into real effect. We are looking for a personality that lives team spirit, takes responsibility and remains focused in dynamic phases.

Strategy Compass: You are responsible for strategic themes of the company and work closely with department management, management and teams from our four departments.

Project engine: You conduct strategic (part-)projects, take on conception, preparation and implementation and lead cross-functional teams to success.

Sparring partner: You identify, prioritise and solve the strategic challenges of the EGS together with various stakeholders.

Implementation Focus: You make sure that strategic priorities are concrete, focused and realized with measurable results.

Pulse generator: You independently develop new approaches and implement them in clear measures to further develop our organization.

Qualification: You have an excellent university degree in (economic) engineering, economics or a comparable degree program and brings 2 to 3 years of experience in consulting, project management or in a comparable role. Experience in managing projects is advantageous.

Competences: You have a strong analytical understanding, can clearly structure complex topics and communicate convincingly.

Skillset: You bring analytical and communicative skills, with a high level of enforcing and fingertips, work structured and process-oriented, question the status quo courageously and enjoy the leadership of cross-functional teams.

Know-how: Ideally, you bring first points of contact with energy, IT or infrastructure topics - but more importantly, your willingness to learn is.

Tool-Stack: You use MS Office (in particular PowerPoint and Excel) as well as modern collaboration tools such as teams securely and routined. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
