• As a junior researcher Treasury m/w/d, you are involved in the documentary and legal support of capital market transactions (bonds/bonds), in particular in the field of external emissions of national and international issuers, as well as debt certificates for foreign borrowers in the context of the consortium management/sharing of DZ BANK.
• As part of the transaction management, you take over the placement of the transaction documentation and negotiate it with the parties involved (including issuers or borrowers, placers/dealers, involved lawyers etc.). In addition, you support the departments of DZ BANK in all related issues.
• You regularly create and update the emission programmes of national and international issuers.
• In cooperation with the relevant departments of DZ BANK, you support the acquisition and creation of acquisition documents.

This will bring you

• Completed degree in law or economic law, ideally complemented by a training as a banker (m/w/d)
• A clear plus: first professional practice in the capital market business, especially in the documentation of securities and debt certificates, as well as in the creation and updating of emission programmes
• Knowledge of securities and capital market law and of securities and debt certificates
• Pleasure of careful and self-responsible work as well as a pronounced communication capability associated with safe occurrence
• Team skills and interest in diverse and exciting tasks in an international environment
• German and English in word and writing
