Number: MER0003WLT We in the Centercontrolling Rastatt area are responsible for the budget management and maintenance in the production plants Presswerk, Rohbau, surface, assembly and logistics and are, so to speak, the economic conscience of the plant. Our task is to support the Center, through monthly reporting, the financial achievement of the work, taking into account the production characteristics, and to advise the center leaders in the business situation. What tasks do you expect? Support in coordinating and consulting the production areas in all business matters

Support for the coordination, coordination and cooperation of under-year and operational planning for the Rastatt plant

As part of the planning, analyse target deviations, show action needs and propose measures to achieve targets

analyse and comment on the causes of budget deviations, assess the impact on future cost developments

Showing action needs, tracking and effectiveness of measures

show and explain the business situation in the context of reporting and special analyses

Ensure compliance-compliant business processes

Support in documentation of monthly efficiency reporting

Design, development and optimization of processes, tools and methods in the field of FPR/OC (Controlling Werk Rastatt)

Support in the implementation of economic accounts

The activity can start from January 2026.

Course in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable degree course with a focus on controlling

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

Knowledge of Power BI and SAP applications are beneficial

Commitment and team skills

Analytical thinking and strategic working
