Completed commercial training or degree in the field of business or healthcare Head of home qualification according to § 2 Heimpersonalverordnung or the respective national regulations High social competence in dealing with residents, relatives and employees Proven multi-year management experience in healthcare / in nursing and high leadership skills Service-oriented operation, openness to innovation and digitalization Ready-to-use, enforcement & organisational capacity Good computer skills (standard and professional software)
