In the field of law Schweinfurt | Full time (39 h) | unlimited | from now on This is your team An experienced and committed team of eight colleagues awaits you, who has so far reported directly to the Head of Division Law. With the new team management, we want to give the area a clear professional leadership and support the further development. As a team leader, you take responsibility for processes, cooperation and professional impulses – and together with the team actively shape the future of debt management.

You are responsible for the legal settlement of claims cases – in close cooperation with the team law. You make decisions on the continuation or termination of the contract and take the damage calculation and the initiation of recovery measures. You control communication with debtors, insolvency administrators and external service providers such as lawyers or debt collection offices and support your team in complex cases. You are strategically tuning with asset management to identify the most economically meaningful form of leasing objects. You are responsible for reporting relevant key figures and status reports to internal and external stakeholders, and you are taking measures to increase efficiency. You are also responsible for the determination and documentation of individual value adjustments – in close coordination with finance and risk management. In the context of Fraud Management, you support, in particular through the exchange of suspicion cases, the introduction of safeguards and criminal measures, as well as participation in inter-division Fraud-Jour-Fixes. You guide the employees according to the guide of Mercator leasing and the corresponding guide instruments.

You have a completed commercial vocational training – for example as a lawyer specialist:r, specialist for receivable management (IHK) or audited specialist for receivable management (ILS). You bring more than three, ideally up to five years of professional experience in receivable management or debt collection – and have ideally already gained first leadership experience. You have well-founded knowledge in the processing of receivables and know the legal framework. You work structured, solution-oriented and keep an overview even in complex situations. You communicate clearly and confidently – both in the team and with external partners such as debtors, insolvency administrators or lawyers. You have the pleasure of leading, supporting and developing a team professionally. You think process-oriented and entrepreneurial, recognize potential for improvement and actively introduce ideas to make processes more efficient and sustainable – always with a view to the team and the company.
