You have a completed commercial training as an industrial businessman or a completed study in the field of BWL You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the sales service, ideally in the food industry You know well with SAP and CRM systems and have experience in the application and optimization of IT-based business processes You have excellent oral and written expressiveness in the German language as well as excellent English skills, customs knowledge are advantageous With your service orientation, your friendly being and your ability to create a positive atmosphere in every situation, you gain the confidence of all those involved Your strengths include a quick understanding, many creative ideas, good communicative skills, organizational ability, reliability, independent working and team skills.

As our face to the customer, you are the first contact person for customers, field service and other stakeholders You rock the entire order processing from A to Z - from national and international customers to the Intercompany business With your organizational talent you keep an overview of all processes and work constantly on the optimization of the interior service You develop and implement workflows for the sales service and care for customer strains and conditions With your energy, you can support exciting projects for digitalization and process optimization
