You will become part of our Talent & Performance Center of Excellence (CoE) and support us in the strategic development of our global talent, performance and people development topics. We work on conceptual issues, support international HR initiatives and gain insights into the design of global HR frameworks. With our global projects in Attraction & Acquisition, People Development, Performance and Talent Management You support the creation and preparation of international concepts and HR standards You research global development, talent and performance concepts and initiatives, analyze best practices and prepare results for further use You support the creation of presentations, concept papers and evaluations as well as the preparation of meetings and stakeholders communication

As a full-time student (m/w/d) in the field of economics, psychology, social sciences or a comparable course of study, you are passionate about HR topics You have already collected practical HR experience (e.g. student work, internships), ideally in the international environment You bring joy in conceptual work, work structured and independent and keep an overview of complex topics as well You have fun on teamwork, like to go to people and are fit in handling digital tools PowerPoint, Excel and MS teams are standard for you Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile
