Technical and disciplinary management of the Department of Electrical Plants with currently 15 employees Perception of plant operator responsibility as well as the function as responsible electrical power (VEFK) for the electrical plant in the area of responsibility Ensuring safe, reliable and proper operation and the future-oriented further development of the systems Responsibility for railway power plants such as rectifier stations, switching points and transmission lines Support of road signal systems, rail crossing fuses, electrical switches and their control systems, dynamic passenger indicators, switch heaters and lighting systems Leadership of the department in line with our corporate objectives and guidelines Implementation of the department strategy in concrete operational measures Responsibility for professional quality, efficient processes and safe working Planning and targeted use of human, temporal and financial resources

Complete engineering studies or a comparable qualification, for example as master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or a related subject Multi-year leadership experience Requirements for taking over the function as responsible electrical power (VEFK) Knowledge in the field of direct current, power supply or comparable electrical systems in energy technology Safe handling of the relevant rules, in particular BOStrab, VDV and VDE Ability to identify operational challenges early, assess risks and develop sustainable solutions together with the team Understanding the specific work processes, tools and methods in the field of electrical installations Impressed leadership and communication skills and joy in shaping change processes Responsibility, team spirit and ability to create a positive and cooperative working environment Willingness to further develop professionally and personally and to incorporate into new technologies Safe handling of MS Office applications Class B driving licence
