Senior HR Manager - Recruiting / Process Optimization / Team Leader (m/f/d)

You serve and advise the executives and employees in all personal and labour law issues You take over the professional leadership of a small HR team You shape and run the entire Employee Lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding You are responsible for recruiting, from job alerts to interviews to selection You work closely with internal interfaces and work with HR projects You contribute to the development of new human resources concepts and continuously optimize existing HR instruments and processes You support strategic topics such as corporate development and change management

You have at least 5 years of professional experience in comparable positions You have well-founded knowledge of labour law and good knowledge of social security law; basic knowledge of wage tax law You have a strong consulting competence and are confident about executives You have experience with various recruiting measures, as well as in the selection and acquisition of qualified talents You have experience in the design, optimization and introduction of HR processes You have very good German knowledge (C2) and good English knowledge (B2) Expertise in engineering is advantageous, but no need
