In a team of 3 colleagues, they create the pay bills for approx. 1,000 employees As an expert: in your field, you will be able to help employees and executives for billing questions - from the change of pay, to parental protection to retirement. You are contact:in the health insurance companies, offices and authorities, For your group of employees you maintain the personal master data, take over the travel cost accounting and are responsible for the certification. They help improve processes and work with occasional personnel projects

Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification Knowledge in the fields of pay tax, social security and collective bargaining, with practical experience in pay accounting Good MS Office knowledge Reliable and independent operation High social competence and very good communication skills Happy work in the team
