Process Control Specialist (m/f/d)

You coordinate and manage all process-related tasks independently in close cooperation with the specialist departments in the company. You coordinate, control and prioritize process optimization in close cooperation with the departments - beyond competence center - from planning to implementation. You are responsible for the “Automatization and Processes” network to implement new processes and to optimize existing processes in cooperation with specialists from the competence centers. You ensure a smooth flow of information between business, competence center and organizational units. You are the central contact partner for all topics related to processes, automation and requirement management and work closely with IT. You create and evaluate requirements for process optimization in the customer experience business unit and justify them by cost-benefit analyses. You create and prepare management reports on process performance and provide decision templates for further optimization. You initiate and accompany processes optimization projects and implement best practices across all organizational units. You are impulse generators for continuous improvements.

You ideally have a completed bachelor's degree in the field of business administration or a comparable qualification in a field relevant to the advertised job. Other educational paths or well-founded professional experiences with a similar orientation can also be suitable to meet the requirements of this position. You have experience in the field of procesion control and ideally bring very good knowledge of the internal processes and the organisation of the PBeaKK's processes and structures. You ideally have a high level of expertise in our core software IV-PBeaKK 4.0 and discuss technical topics at eye level. You are networkers, want teamwork and desirable already experience in coordinating teams. You are ready to participate in projects or manage them. You are safe in the application of PM and collaboration tools such as YouTrack, Canvas and Conceptboard, have experience in creating management reports and work routined with key figures. You convince by their strong analytical thinking, process understanding, self-initiative and show a high degree of responsibility. You are open to occasional missions.
