Contact person for the administrative day business of our long-term Warehouse customers Daily bookings of goods entry and exit System-side booking of further storage processes Close customer contact as well as competent customer consulting and support Communication with the internal production area and the service and MRP department Retour management and damage processing Process optimization and customer implementation

A successful training in logistics or ideally experience in logistics Good knowledge of MS Office and best case experiences in handling a warehouse management system Good communication skills in word and writing (Deutsch at least. C1 and like English B2) Fun and joy in contact with different people and target groups Customer-oriented thinking and acting Responsible and independent working Organizational design, tranquillity storage, solution finder, communication skills and absolute service orientation Open-minded and communicative personality as well as an independent and responsible way of working
