Team Leader Financial Accounting (m/f/d)

Accounting team lead & develop: You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of our team in financial accounting with seven employees and develop the team in a targeted manner Financial accounting is responsible for: You secure a proper main, secondary and plant accounting and are responsible for the monthly and annual accounts according to HGB Management of receivables: You keep an eye on open items, tax the dungeon and ensure a structured clarification of claims Coordinating Accounting Interfaces: You are responsible for intercompany voting, account clarification and working closely with the Group Accounting Developing processes and liquidity management: You support liquidity planning and introduce ideas to make financial accounting processes more efficient

Multiannual experience in financial accounting or accounting, ideally complemented by leadership experience Knowledge of accounting according to HGB and a good understanding of accounting processes You like to take responsibility for a team, promote employees in their development and create a trusted cooperation A structured way of working, clear communication and a look for optimization potentials in processes and processes round your profile Good knowledge of English or the motivation to further develop it in international exchange
