Collection of customer orders and frame calls, planning and confirmation of delivery dates Monitoring of order status and coordination with customers and internal contact persons Processing of customer complaints and coordination of measures for problem solving Creating reports on ordering behavior for internal analysis and improving own processes Close cooperation with Key Account Manager in operational customer support and internal supply chain management Data collection and master data management in the EDV

Completed commercial vocational training Professional experience in sales services or comparable activities with corresponding references High communication and team capability Friendly and sympathetic handling of customers Secure appearance and negotiation skills Very good knowledge of English (B1, B2) Good MS Office knowledge
