We place the topics energy efficiency and renewable energies on the public agenda in Saxony. Together with around 40 employees, we give independent advice and inform citizens, companies and municipalities about the possibilities of efficient energy use, the use of renewable energies and funding opportunities. We work closely with representatives of the specialist ministries in the Free State of Saxony, universities, research institutions, chambers, associations and many other experts. We initiate model projects and organize specialist events and training. in the areas: Energy-efficient building and sanitation Energy efficiency in industry and industry Energy efficiency in Saxon municipalities and counties Future energy supply Efficient mobility Energy formation We support the achievement of the energy and climate protection objectives of the Free State of Saxony, the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union. In order to strengthen the field of energy management and process organization, we are looking for a full-time or part-time, at the next possible time

You coordinate activities with educational partners for pupils and trainees and contribute to the implementation of the Initiative Klimaschulen 2030 You prepare trade fairs and days of action in cooperation with our colleagues and partners and advise on climate protection and energy issues You coordinate the care and further development of the Energy Portal Sachsen You conduct initial consultations, workshops and training You prepare events professionally, inform in lectures and advise on funding opportunities and offers of SAENA You plan and create work aids (e.g. brochures, fact sheets, online tools) You support professional press and public relations (including internet, newsletter, social media) Within your team you develop our skills and offers

You have completed studies focusing on energy, environmental and resource management, climate protection, sustainability, economics and education for sustainable development; alternative: professional experience in the field of work First professional practice, internship experiences or study focuses in the mentioned areas are a plus, but no need; Professional beginners are welcome You are passionate about issues of energy, climate protection and sustainability and are motivated to advance the energy transition from our target groups. You work independently and independently and bring analytical, strategic and conceptual skills with You enjoy personal interaction with different target groups You are strong, structured and happy to work in the team You know the German language safely in word and writing and can ideally communicate well in English You are versed in handling MS Office programs the readiness for occasional travel activities within Saxony (class B licence required) and, where appropriate, the EU round off your profile A structured, independent way of working and a high degree of reliability are your strengths
