- Technical planning and organization Creation of technical concepts for events (light, sound, video, stage construction) Material and personnel deployment planning Examination and provision of technical equipment Coordination of logistics & construction Verification of safety and fire protection measures
- Implementation & support of events Head of technical implementation on site Ensuring smooth power supply Control and monitoring of light, sound and video technology Communication with director, artists and organizers Fast error analysis & troubleshooting
- Security & legislation Compliance with the DGUV regulations, assembly shop regulation, VStättVO Check of escape routes, fire protection systems & emergency lighting Ensuring electrical safety (VDE standards) Implementation of risk assessments Decrease of stage, rigging and traverse systems
- Team leadership & training Classification and management of auxiliary forces Training of employees in safety and technology topics Communication with external service providers and trade unions
