In order to ensure a smooth, timely and quality-proof construction on site, we are looking for a strong, operationally experienced personality as project manager (m/w/d). At a glance: Scope: Discipline and professional management of the operating units for our construction project in Koblenz. Type of employment & Entry: unlimited permanent employment in full time (40 hours/week) | From now on or after consultation. Remuneration & Benefits: Attractive gross annual salary of about €60,000 - €80,000 p.a. (depending on qualification), success-oriented bonus component and modern mobile IT equipment. Security release: readiness to carry out a security check (SÜG) in accordance with the requirements of the public authorities is absolutely necessary | Immigration-free police certificate.

Construction management: technical and disciplinary responsibility for all construction measures and assembly services in your project from the construction field to the handover. Team leadership on site: management and demand-oriented planning of our construction managers, the TGA specialist manager and the quality manager. Contact person on site: Representation of FEPS GmbH as a direct contact person for the construction-leading levels, the local construction management, the construction management and the property managers. Date & Quality Control: Ensuring the timely installation on site, complete monitoring of construction quality as well as guidance of the as-built construction documentation (construction logs, acceptance logs). Security & construction site governance: Responsibility for the construction site facility (e.g. building fences, access), compliance with safety regulations in the protected public property sector and coordination of the nationality requirements (BMI list). Transfer: Accompanied by expert and public authorities until the total handover.

Education: Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or comparable engineering qualification (e.g. state-tested construction technicians or craftsman with many years of professional experience). Professional experience: multi-year (min. 5 years) well-founded experience in construction management or operational project management. Leadership competence: Detectable experience in the management of construction management and craftsmen teams as well as the effective control of cross-sector entrepreneurs. Building Law & Industrial Protection: Secure knowledge in public construction (VOB/B, VOB/C, state building regulations) as well as knowledge of the requirements for occupational safety at construction sites (RAB 30 / SiGeKo). Language competence: German language skills (level C2) mandatory; good knowledge of English for coordination with our module works. Safety check: willingness and suitability to carry out a regulatory safety check (SÜG) for work in safety-related properties.
