Your tasks at a glance: Organisational and commercial activities (e.g. file management, billing, dunning) Coordination of appointments, deadlines and repositories Preparation and processing of legal documents, contracts and documents Support of lawyers in mandate projects Working on process optimization and digitization steps in the firm

At least a good middle school degree (high school qualification) Reliability, high performance and careful operation Readiness and interest in law and laws MS Office identifiers are advantageous (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good oral and written expression IT affinity and openness for digitalization are desirable.
