Become part of one of our most important group programs – and take part in the implementation of S/4HANA, in which we harmonize and standardize our processes and structures worldwide, and thus re-determine the functioning of ZEISS in the coming years. As a junior manager, you can support the roll-in of SAP S/4HANA in various business areas within the End-to-End Workstreams Plan-to-Produce.

You work with a global team and align yourself with defined strategic goals.

On the side of a senior manager, you will ensure effective planning, implementation and improvement within your workstream, assist in coordinating progress and make a significant contribution to the overall success of the project.

With your understanding of the individual processes, you will help to find the best possible balance between individual functional and segmental requirements and communicate on the side of a senior manager between ZEISS functions and process experts.

You will participate in the execution of functional tests, validation of process configurations and implementation of strategies to increase the timely payment and reduction of outstanding claims.

Together with the team, you control the necessary external support by consultants within your workstream.

a successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, (Economic) Engineering or a related subject

one to three years of experience with business processes such as Shopfloor Management / Production Planning / Production Control / Optimization of Manufacturing Processes / Increase of Production Efficiency or others, preferably associated with the experience with SAP or another ERP system

Certification in SAP S/4HANA, SAP PP or an equivalent ERP system is advantageous

pronounced analytical skills and basic understanding of end-to-end business processes

first experience in implementing projects in the field of Business Process Excellence or in a similar environment of process improvement / optimization

an independent operation and the ability and will to work deep into specific SAP production and planning processes

the affinity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

a result-oriented, analytical and structured manner combined with the ability to develop and successfully implement strategic plans

effective communication skills and a strong team capability

fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing
