Your tasks Design actively with– You support the (further) development of strategic concepts and products in the areas of employer branding, university marketing, leadership and talent management. Work Self-employed – You take part projects independently from planning to implementation, such as HR marketing measures or in the field of cultural and executive development. Unfold your creativity – You bring new ideas, for example, within the framework of strategic recruiting and develop suitable instruments to optimize our global processes. Work your projects successfully – you work on global topics in a motivated team (including content creation and support of social media accounts, training or exchange formats).

Your profile You are an immatricated student of a degree program of (economic) psychology, BWL, Marketing & Media or a comparable degree program. You bring a high affinity to social media paired with pronounced media competence and a basic understanding of current trends. First practical experiences in Human Resources / People & Culture or Employer Branding are of advantage. We require good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Your profile is rounded off by a high level of teamwork, creativity and the ability to introduce innovative ideas.
