As a Business Unit Automotive & Specialty Lamps, we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and aftermarket. We take a leading position in the automotive lamp business for traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in the LED lighting sector for global OEM customers (e.g. with replaceable LED light sources). With our automotive support and equipment portfolio, we also unlock new growth opportunities in the aftermarket.

Strategy and concept development for the European logistics network as well as the development and implementation of innovative logistics strategies and solutions, the promotion of logistics digitization and the external partner management to support ENI's corporate mission Operational partner management and monitoring of strategic partner accounts with more than 5 million Sales and risk and chance identification Head of a team of logistics professionals focusing on performance coaching, development of key people Responsible for the bottom-up development in logistics; Coordination with the business units, creation of goals for the organization building and developing strong industrial relations with important stakeholders (BU leaders, CFOs, SCMs, Purchasing, Logistics service providers, customers, etc.); Ensuring clear communication with focus on strategic approaches, KPI development and identification/solution of problems Responsible for the annual inventory in Europe Annual call for intercontinental sea and air freight providers

Complete master's degree in logistics or comparable as well as experience in logistics operations, storage and transport, contract logistics, outsourcing projects combined with a sound financial understanding Multiannual applied experience in leading positions in logistics management - absolutely necessary in the international environment Solid experience in project development and implementation, preferably in the field of supply chain and good understanding of management tools such as LEAN Experience in the management of a major regional operation as well as cross-functional and regional teams and responsibility for achieving financial results extensive experience in a global function; sound understanding of supply chain management and business KPIs Wide business and management skills in a large organization Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
