Group Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

Design, testing and negotiation of national and international contracts with customers, suppliers and R&E partners in close cooperation with the operating business Legal accompaniment of contract processing, including enforcement and defence of claims and advice on liability issues Takeover of the function as a legal business partner for a business area and proactive consulting of the relevant stakeholders Support for M&A transactions, in particular in legal audits, contractual negotiations and the implementation of corporate law measures Responsibility for corporate entity management as well as the processing of corporate legal issues of group companies in Germany and abroad Monitoring and coordination of judicial and extrajudicial disputes and cooperation with external lawyers Interface to external lawyers, notaries and authorities Conception and implementation of training on current legal topics for internal fields

Full legal or completed studies in business law with professional experience, ideally in an internationally active industrial company or a law firm Knowledge of international contract design and company law Experience in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions as well as accompanying litigation and disputes are desirable Ideally, first points of contact with industrial legal protection and/or competition law Self-employed, analytical and solution-oriented methods and pragmatic and responsible decision-making Intercultural sensitivity, clear communication skills and a strong understanding of entrepreneurship English knowledge in word and writing
