Assessment of the balance sheet and commenting of the analyses including compilation of balance sheet consolidation according to the Group guidelines Creating and Voting Decision Templates for the respective Competitors at Mobilize Financial Services Germany and the Central Bank, taking into account the Group Directives and the financial situation of the Partner and the Risk Situation First contact in all matters for the partners and manufacturers Leading trader talks – also on site – on balance sheet analysis and all relevant issues of business relationship such as covenants, legal structure, succession regulation and new locations Monitoring of our dealers as part of risk early detection and support for risk management, including the introduction of risk mitigating measures Takeover of special tasks and cooperation in projects

completed commercial studies and/or training as a bank merchant as well as several years of professional experience in commercial credit, in particular in the analysis of balance sheet well-founded, up-to-date know-how with regard to key figures calculation and interpretation strong verdictability, analytical capacity and solution orientation strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and action High communication skills sound know-how of MS-Office applications, especially Excel good English skills are required for contacts to our headquarters in Paris; French knowledge is advantageous
