The Kita Willinghusen was opened in summer 2019 with a crib group and two elementary groups. Since May 2018 there has already been an elementary group in the nearby municipal house, which has moved to the newly built kindergarten after being rebuilt. Our educational work is based on the holistic Christian human image. We fill this with: respect, appreciation, trust, friendliness, understanding, reliability, age-oriented development, liveliness and tranquility, joy, experience and (be-)interce with all senses, participation, inclusion, fun and much more. You are a leader You will enjoy targeted and motivated personnel management You take over the profile and economic control of Kita You will implement quality management goals according to BETA Cooperation with parents, church community and city You are interested in religious education

You have a degree in pedagogy, social work or a state recognition as an educatorin with a kita specialistin qualification Multiannual professional practice in the field of childcare facilities would be ideal Finded experiences in the pedagogical-conceptual, as well as business-economic context A clear understanding of leadership, as well as the willingness to fully reflect daily work
