Creating detailed project schedules on all project phases in the field of pharmaceutical and chemical plant construction projects Optimizing schedules and tracking of all project activities Support of project management with regard to planning of project execution and project management to comply with deadline and progress Creation of internal and external status reports including progress measurements Coordination of various work packages of internal and external project partners Evaluation of the scheduling of all project partners and suppliers Communication and coordination with customers, as well as internal and external partners in terms of schedule information

Successfully completed technical studies or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in the scheduling of multidisciplinary investment projects in plant engineering Very good user knowledge in MS Project and MS Office Ideal knowledge of Primavera P6 German language skills Good communication skills Travel readiness within the countries of the VTU Group (Fokus D/A/CH-Room) Convincing appearance, organisational ability and flexibility
