Become part of CHEFS CULINAR and support us in our new branch in Pilsach as a specialist (m/w/d) Fleischereibüro in full time (38,5 h/week). In this position, you make sure that the administrative processes around our meat production work reliably and structured. You work closely with production and contribute to the smooth interconnection of our processes. For this position we are looking for several employees – become part of a large, motivated team!

You provide production-relevant master data and article information in our goods management system. You support department management and team leaders in administrative and organizational tasks in daily business. You will start evaluations, statistics and production overviews and keep in mind quantities, dates and availability. You perform administrative tasks in the operational process and assist in controlling the processes within the meat industry. As an interface between production, logistics and administration, you contribute to a smooth process along the entire process chain.

A completed commercial training, a training in the logistics sector or corresponding professional experience forms your basis. Ideally, you have experience in food production, meat processing or fresh logistics. Also in phases with high work volume, you keep the overview and work structured. Good communication and organizational skills as well as a high degree of reliability characterize you. Your profile is rounded off by your very good knowledge of German in word and writing - further foreign language skills are of advantage.
