Own settlement of pay and salary bills for around 400 employees Support in the recruiting process, from tendering to contract creation Creation of work contracts, certificates and other personal documents Contact person for all administrative HR questions and support of the team in personnel topics Participation in HR projects, for example As part of digitalization, visits to job markets or the organisation of internal employee events Maintenance of personal files and personal statistics Close cooperation with other departments and external service providers and authorities

Completed commercial training or studies in the field of personnel management First experience in personnel management, personnel billing or recruiting Knowledge of labour law as well as experience with pay accounting and social insurance issues are advantageous Self-employed, structured working and high organisational capacity Team spirit, communication strength and a solution-oriented approach Ideally, first knowledge in handling personal software (e.g. Nevaris)
