CNC Programmer (m/f/d)

Implementation of feasibility analyses and creation of clamping and processing concepts Selection of suitable tools, clamping means and machining parameters Creation and optimization of CNC programs for CNC drilling and CNC milling machines with Siemens NX CAM Programming of complex large components in individual parts and small series production Simulation, collision testing and optimization of NC programs Support in process releases, test runs and the introduction of new manufacturing processes as well as technical coordination with design, work preparation, production and quality assurance Creation and maintenance of the associated production documentation

Complete technical training, e.g. as machining mechanic:in, industrial mechanic:in or comparable conclusion Continuing training for technicians:in, master:in or comparable qualification is desirable Multiannual experience in CNC programming, ideally of large components, as well as very good knowledge in Siemens NX CAM and Siemens CNC/ONE controls Safe handling of technical drawings and CAD models, combined with a structured working method, distinct technical understanding and high quality orientation Embossed team capacity, flexibility and self-sufficiency, high awareness of detail and conceptual thinking
