In this role, you are part of an established trainer team who takes care of the knowledge transfer of the project management methods. You will create needs-oriented training concepts for project management, both for digital and personal training formats. From the ongoing trainings, you will derive profitable improvements for the project management of the subgroup. You plan, design and manage long-term and iterative strategic projects in the field of PM training. At the same time, you will participate in the optimization of project management principles, project documentation and knowledge management within our team. In addition, you will develop and promote the development of a project manager network within our organization to optimize the sector-wide workflows.

A successfully completed university degree in the field of economics, engineering and a comparable qualification is the ideal precondition for this position. You provide several years of professional experience in the field of project management. At best, you have the auditor certification for IPMA Level B/C/D. You have the pleasure of responsible tasks and convince us by a self-employed and creative way of working.
