Junior-Theaterleitungsassistent / Junior Assistant General Manager / Junior Assistant of Operations Management (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Junior Assistant Theaterleiter (m/w/d) in parttime with 15 - 18 hours/week for one of our multiplex cinemas in Germany - the CinemaxX in Dresden.

In this exciting position, you organize and coordinate the operational workflows of the cinema operation. You are on the surface during the main business hours and make sure all areas run smoothly.

Successful candidates (m/w/d) bring at least first experience in a customer-oriented industry (for example, system gastronomy, hotel industry, retail or event industry - cross-comers with enthusiasm for the cinema are explicitly welcome) and want to offer our customers a great cinema experience.

Your task: Responsibility for the cash registers and billing Support in personnel deployment planning Goods and movements as well as daily inventory Quality control in all areas Contact persons for guests, business partners and suppliers

Your profile: At least first professional experience in a service-oriented environment with a lot of customer contact, for example as seller, Barista, Sales Advisor Staff Service/checkout, waiter, service staff, bartender, runner, service power, hostess, client advisor, restaurant staff, cashier, service help (m/w/d) or a comparable position readiness to work in the evening hours and weekends High level of service orientation and joy in direct dealing with people Communication strength, high organizational talent paired with flexibility and stress resistance Structured and independent operation
