Responsibility for the operational management of production including employee deployment planning, leadership and assessment Ensuring work preparation by triggering and providing production orders and accompanying documents Proper production of the products by a predictive capacity planning Defining and implementing measures to achieve departmental objectives in the areas of productivity, delivery reliability and complaint rate Continuous further development and optimization of production processes with focus on cost optimization Participation in internal and cross-departmental projects Responsibility for the topicality of work documents such as work instructions and process safeguards as well as participation in inventory preparation and implementation

Complete technical training, for example as an industrial mechanic Ideally advanced training for industrial master metal or electrical engineering Multiannual professional experience, preferably as a foreman in an industrial enterprise experience in manufacturing areas with assembly activities and/or adhesive activities Ideally experience in the application of the goods management system SAP (modules PP and WM) Very good German knowledge Representative organizational institution with the ability to quickly and effectively make decisions and to comply with safety regulations Very good communication skills and conflict resolution strength
