Full-time branch manager for the wine market in Lübeck (38 hours/week) (m/f/d)

• You run a store team and have interface function to the Vino headquarters

• You win new customers through the launch and execution of cooperations and events

• You expertly advise our customers and find the right wine for them and for every occasion

• You create a good atmosphere through an appealing goods presentation and decoration of the branch

• You are responsible for goods management (orders, inventory control, quality control, inventory) • You are our wine ambassador, motivator and idea provider and develop the branch

• You have a completed training in wholesale or retail, or a comparable training or several years of professional experience in retail or gastronomy

• Ideally, you already have experience in employee management and you are familiar with economic indicators

• You are interested in wine and are open to learning about wine, at best you already have good wine knowledge

• You like personal interaction with people and appreciate open, direct communication

• You understand yourself as a team player with heart and mind
