Strategic and operational stellv. Management of the care service taking into account qualitative, economic and organisational objectives Ensuring patient-oriented, evidence-based and high-quality care Responsibility for personnel management, personnel development and staff retention within the nursing service together with the nursing service Planning, control and optimization of care and supply processes Development and implementation of innovative nursing concepts and monitoring of change processes Control of personnel deployment planning taking into account legal, economic and qualitative requirements Promoting an appreciation, interprofessional and performance-oriented leadership culture Responsibility for compliance with statutory requirements, quality standards and care requirements Analysis and assessment of relevant key figures on the strategic development of the care area Ensuring sustainable quality and risk management in the care sector Participation in budget planning, resource management and economic development of responsibility Construction and maintenance of internal and external network structures in healthcare Promoting academicisation, professionalisation and scientific advancement of care Initiation, monitoring and evaluation of projects for the further development of patient care Close cooperation with clinic management, medical service, universities and other interprofessional interfaces Representation of the care area within the organisation as well as external partners and institutions Ensuring a modern, future-oriented

Successfully completed training as examinated nursing skills (m/w/d) Complete university degree in nursing at master level, ideally focusing on nursing management or nursing science Impressed interest in the further development of nursing quality based on evidence-based insights High self-initiative, resilience and professional, sovereign and empathic appearance Ability to constructively accompany change processes and actively shape innovative developments Impressed social, communication and leadership skills combined with high team orientation Organisational strength, sense of responsibility and a high level of commitment and enforcement Innovation-oriented thinking and strategic competence Very good networkability and joy in interprofessional and university cooperation
