Area Manager, Logistics (m/f/d)

Support us as a team leader Logistics (m/w/x) at our location in Hamburg-Allermöhe and become part of our motivated team in healthcare logistics. The body is designed in the long term, but must first be fixed for two years. Are you on it? Professional and disciplinary responsibility: With Ownership for your area, you will keep the relevant KPIs in mind, control the personnel resources efficiently and support your team as a competent contact person Control, coordination and optimization of logistics processes: You are responsible for the management and operational management of the foreworkers:inside and the operative team and optimierst logistics processes KPI-based using Lean methods Planning of daily business: You tune with the other departments in terms of process processes and, if necessary, initiate corrective measures Project and process documentation: The careful preparation of appropriate documentation is also in your task

Education: Successfully completed studies in the field of logistics or a comparable degree/further education Experience: professional experience in warehouse logistics and experience in personnel management and deployment planning IT know-how: sovereign MS Office knowledge as well as a safe handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) Language skills: Very good German knowledge Working & Soft Skills: Structured and solution-oriented working with a high degree of self-sufficiency as well as pronounced team capacity, enforcement ability and hands-on mentality
