On behalf of our customer, an established company in the field of technical building management and maintenance, we are looking for dedicated employees (m/w/d) to support the operational building team.

If you want to train a technical training, work in the building and take responsibility for the function of technical facilities, you will be expecting a versatile work with a future perspective.

♪ Your future task:

• Operation, maintenance and maintenance of technical equipment and building technology
• Implementation of controls, functional checks and troubleshooting
• Support for inspection work and documentation of the measures carried out
• Cooperation in the technical building team to ensure smooth plant operation
• Close cooperation with internal departments and external service providers
• compliance with safety and quality requirements for all technical work

Your profile for the place Electricians / Building Engineer (m/w/d):

• Completed training as an electronic engineer for building technology (m/w/d) or comparable qualification, plant mechanic (m/w/d) or maintenance and service technician (m/w/d) in the area of heating, ventilation, sanitation (HLS)
• Experience in maintenance and maintenance of technical equipment
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Ready 2 layer system
• Technical understanding, structured working and team skills
• Class B driving licence
