Technical Customer Trainer for Pharmaceutical Filling and Packaging Systems (m/f/d)

As a technical customer trainer (m/w/d) Pharmaceutical filling and packaging equipment you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

In cooperation with the international trainer team, you develop qualification concepts for customers (operator, maintenance). You conduct international customer training both on site and online. When working out the training concept, you will be able to use your own practical expertise in the technical field for technical support from the specialist areas, including technology, project management and service. You advise the customer on the content of the training concept and are available as a competent contact person. In the further development and modernization of the technical training documents regarding user-friendliness, visualization and digitization, you will also be involved.

You bring a degree (engineering, industrial engineering, economic education) or a further education to the technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d). Also possible would be a comparable qualification as a long-year experienced service technician (m/w/d) in machine and plant engineering with comprehensive professional experience in the training field. As an experienced trainer, you combine technical know-how with the pleasure of communicating complex content and feel comfortable in intercultural training situations with different target groups. Your very good knowledge of German and English as well as your MS-Office skills will certainly be applied. In your role as a technical customer trainer, you are also employed worldwide with approximately 40% travel activity to optimally support our customers on site and to impart our high quality standards internationally.
