Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

You advise and support executives in all labour law and personal issues and develop practical solutions. You control and accompany labour law measures – from depreciation to dismissal – and ensure legal implementation. You work trustfully with the works council, carry out voting and accompany co-determination measures. You organise and manage the operational integration management (BEM) and carry out structured BEM procedures. You support and develop trainees, are available as contact persons and accompany all training-relevant processes. You analyse personal issues, create evaluations and contribute to the optimization of HR processes and projects.

You have a completed training as a human resources specialist (m/w/d) or a relevant study, preferably in the field of personnel, and have several years of experience in personnel work. You safely apply labour law principles and continuously develop them. You have the qualification of an AdA (m/w/d). You solve conflicts sovereignly, organize structured and trade service- and solution-oriented. You communicate clearly, work team-oriented and convince with high social competence as well as enforcement ability. You work dedicated, communicate clearly and work team-oriented.
