During your training, you'll run various commercial departments and get to know the different fields of activity of industrial merchants. You support the processing of business processes and gain insight into the processes of our company. You will get to know business relationships and company-wide processes along the value chain. You take tasks in different teams and learn step by step to take on different topics independently.

You have at least a good real school degree or (special) abitur. Alternatively, you will successfully acquire one of these degrees until the start of your training. Interests in commercial relationships as well as business processes are characterized. You like to work with people, communicate safely and enjoy organizational tasks. Your own initiative, reliability and a customer- and service-oriented operation complete your profile.
