Your future Set up plants: You set up production plants, refurbish them during product changes and perform settings to ensure a stable production process. Support production: You accompany the ongoing production, monitor process parameters and intervene in a targeted manner in case of deviations in order to avoid standstills. Troubleshooting: Analyzes disruptions to machines and plants and remove them independently or initiate appropriate measures. Implementation of optimizations: You actively participate in the optimization of systems, processes and setup times – especially in the environment of existing systems and new automation solutions. Documentation & Standards: You document work done and ensure compliance with safety, quality and process standards. Safety of work: Compliance with occupational safety and accident prevention regulations is a high priority for you and is an integral part of your daily work.

Your potential Qualification: You have completed training as a mechatronic (m/w/d), industrial mechanic with additional qualification (m/w/d) or comparable technical training. Technical understanding: You bring experience in the creation, refurbishment and maintenance of production facilities in the industrial environment. Wide know-how: You have knowledge of mechanics, electrical and pneumatics; Basic knowledge of automation or control technology is advantageous. Working methods: You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in case of disturbances. Flexibility: You are ready to work in shift operation and bring a flexible readiness to use in the production environment.
