The basis for your entry is a master's degree completed excellently until the start of the trainee program. You have already gained valuable experience through internships or internships (ideally also abroad) and thereby proves an extensive economic understanding. You understand economic relationships and already have first knowledge of commercial, financial or capital market products. You convince in the selection process with a successfully completed cognitive performance test. You are also interested in the intensive learning of Excel, VBA and other programming languages. Welcome Week: Joint start of all trainees in the group Fixed Assignment to the Corporate Market and Asset Management Board From this basis, you can learn about all the topics in the complete business area (Financial Markets Sales/Trading, International Business, Asset Management, Research, Treasury, Business Development) and selected business areas across the bank in the first 15 months, including a multi-week commitment at one of our foreign locations - the areas of application are individually oriented to your ideas/or orientations In the next 3 months of the program, a further development takes place to a specific target position that is tailored to your interests and talents.
